Groups and university programmes

We plan a group trip the way we plan every journey: with you, on United States hours, and run by our own team in Tunisia. Tell us who is coming and roughly when, and we reply within 48 hours.

University programmes

A seven day programme for student groups, with a cost sheet of its own: the old town of Tunis, the Roman amphitheatre at El Djem, a night in the Sahara and the medina of Sousse. It is priced apart from our private journeys.

Any other group

The same request works for a school, a family or friends, an alumni group or a club, a company, or a group travelling for a shared interest such as the 2027 eclipse or the fiftieth year of Star Wars. We build the proposal around your group.

What we need to reply

Six answers, and an estimate is fine for every one. Nothing about payment or passports, and nobody on the trip is named.

What happens after you ask

    We reply within 48 hours

    We reply to every group request within 48 hours. The form asks nothing about payment, passports or the people on the trip.

    A twenty minute call

    We talk about your dates, your pace, how much driving you want in a day and what the budget is. Nothing is written until after that conversation, because an itinerary built without it is a guess.

  3. 03

    A proposal within 48 hours

    A day by day itinerary with the hotels named, the driving stated, the included meals marked, and a firm price per person. If it is not right, we change it and send it again.

  4. 04

    A deposit holds your dates

    Hotels and guides are reserved against your dates once a deposit is in. Nothing is held before that and we will not ask you to decide on the call.
